Free Introduction Evening – July 13th
As Jose Antonio Manchado always says: “Don´t believe anything because it will be second hand information, just experience it for yourself. ”
Therefore you are warmly invited to meet this international author and teacher on inner-growth. Join us for an evening where you can experience Tibetan Energetic Healing Shin-do, age-old Tibetan teachings and practices leading to consciousness-expansion, for yourself. Jose will also share knowledge covered in his books.

Since 1998 Jose has been in constant practice and learning about meditation, healing, sound therapy, Tibetan energy and vibrational therapies from several Teachers; Tibetan Buddhist, Zen Monks and Lamas. In 2001 he was initiated to Vajrayana Buddhism (taking Tibetan Buddhist refuge) with the name of Karma Dorje Jikme.
Jose is specially trained in the study and practice of meditation (Shinee and Shamata) mindfulness meditation, relaxation techniques, mental purification, Hatha Yoga and Pranayama. by different teachers. Among others: Akong Rimpoché, Lama Sangye, Sogyal Rinpoché. Also he has organized and participated in different Tibetan Buddhist and Zen retreats and events. He is constantly practicing and experimenting with ancient and modern Tibetan bowl therapy, gong therapy, vibrational acupuncture and harmonic healing with different teachers such as Kalu Tseng (Tibet), Karma Dorje Senge (Nepal), Gong master Adrey Lee (China), Jorge Diaz (Spain), Bruce Manaka (USA).
At present Jose hosts and organises courses, workshops, conferences, mental calming retreats, self awareness meditation as well as different energetics workshops and events for mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
