It is our pleasure to inform you that we will be carrying out a new retreat given by Jose A. Manchado

Bilingual Retreat: “Waking up” – “Despertando”

It will consist mainly of effective and transforming meditations of inner discovery to deactivate our limiting beliefs and connect with our true state of Peace and Natural Calmness.

Meditations to invest your inner self
Meditations for the awakening of consciousness
Meditations of connection with nature (Shamanic Bon)
Tibetan Meditations
Meditations to live without fear and let go of the painful past
Etc.

This retreat also includes daily harmonizations with Gongs Baths, and Tibetan and quartz bowls.

Once more the retreat is directed by José Antonio Manchado, author of the book “Be happier than the Dalai Lama”.
