Meditation is a deep and intimate contact with our consciousness.
A mental training that takes us back to our natural state, recovering calmness, clarity and inner silence.
Meditation is the means through which we discover the essence of our being, we begin to recognize the transcendent beauty of the world around us, and a great ally for self-knowledge or self-awareness.
This practice is simple and attainable for anyone.
It consists of putting our energy into observing the mind, without judging or intervening in what is happening.
Thoughts, emotions, sensations, images… that appear and fade away. “Letting go…” As we practice this, we develop our state of attention, awaken more curiosity and openness to the present moment, and reawaken our sense of oneness with the whole.
Before you start, it is important that you are willing to relax in order to enjoy it, so that it won’t feel like an obligation or an effort.
And if during the practice you suddenly realize that you’ve been distracted by a thought, be glad, that’ s great news! Realizing indicates that you have activated this state of consciousness in your mind.
The simple fact of “focusing” on what is happening contributes to great changes in the way we perceive and experience life, a condition that we can recover at any time, but above all from daily conscious practice or training.
