Whenever we face any kind of situation in life, we have two options: to be at peace or to start a conflict.
If I’m at peace, the first thing I’m going to preserve is my health.
Peace is a decision that we can make at any time, and it is about an attitude that we build based on the interest, the will and the feeling of commitment.
It is only when harmony becomes a priority for us that we open up to humility and to living wisely. This decision affects our physical, mental, emotional, and environmental well-being.
It is necessary to understand that if I am against or in favor of something, or if I defend a certain idea, it is because inside of me there lies a judgment that is making me suffer.
From our own thoughts, judgments lead us to believing that the world or the life are mistaken, and therefore, to wanting “to be right”.
This harms us and sometimes makes us sick.
Life reflects everything just as it is, but it is us who decide to accept it, or to resist it.
In order to abandon this mental struggle, we have to acknowledge that “we don’t know” anything and that the real change we need lies in our consciousness.
What is more important to you: to be right, or to be healthy and happy?
